Four brands, four different problems. Here is what we changed on each Amazon account, and what it produced.
Gabriela Mekler
Gabriela Mekler, Owner, MUMI Designs — mumidesign.com
The situation:
Mumi Designs was doing around $30K a month on Amazon with a catalog that wasn’t working hard enough. Listings were inconsistent across the range, advertising was running without structure, and there was no reliable view of which products were actually driving growth.
What we did:
– Rebuilt the listing set across the catalog: titles, bullets, backend search terms, A+ content and image sets, with parent-child variations organized so shoppers land on the right option
– Restructured Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display into campaigns separated by search intent, with ongoing search-term harvesting and negation
– Put daily reporting in place through our own Selling Partner API integration, so inventory, sales and advertising performance are reviewed every day rather than monthly
– Took over day-to-day account operations: replenishment planning, FBA shipments, stranded inventory, buyer messaging and returns
The result:
Monthly revenue grew from approximately $30K to $130K.
“I felt lost on Amazon — seeing the success now makes me want to shift more of the business here.”
— Gabriela Mekler, Owner, MUMI Designs
Howard Lefkovitz
Howard Lefkovitz, Founder & COO, Neck-Less by Sagnomore.com
The situation:
Neck-Less was doing around $15K a month with an established product that wasn’t reaching the shoppers looking for it. Ranking was limited on the terms that mattered, advertising wasn’t structured around buying intent, and the listing wasn’t converting the traffic it did get.
What we did:
– Rewrote the listing for search and conversion: title, bullets, backend search terms, A+ content and image set, built around the terms shoppers actually use for the problem this product solves
– Rebuilt advertising into campaigns separated by search intent, with aggressive harvesting of converting search terms and negation of the rest
– Pushed bids and budget onto the terms with proven conversion rather than spreading spend across the catalog
– Monitored performance daily through our Selling Partner API integration so changes were judged on data within days, not weeks
The result:
Monthly revenue grew from $15K to $40K in two months.
“Our sales used to be garbage. Now we’re selling significant amounts — every month.”
— Howard Lefkovitz, Founder & COO, Neck-Les
Dan Grotsky
Dan Grotsky, Co-Founder & CGO, Dynomyco — dynomyco.com
The situation:
DYNOMYCO came to us with no Amazon presence at all. The brand was established off-Amazon but had never sold on the marketplace: no listings, no catalog, no advertising history, and no organic ranking to build from.
What we did:
– Built the Amazon channel from zero: account setup, catalog creation, and listings written from scratch for the category, including A+ content and full image sets
– Ran a structured launch: keyword research to identify the terms worth ranking for, then advertising built to win those terms rather than spread budget thinly
– Scaled advertising as ranking established, moving from launch-phase aggression to managed efficiency targets
– Managed inventory and replenishment through the growth curve so stock-outs didn’t reset hard-won ranking
The result:
From $0 to multiple seven figures in annual revenue within 18 months.
“A team of experienced operators who put all hands on deck and help us scale.”
— Dan Grotsky, Co-Founder & CGO, Dynomyco
Yuval Zonnenstien
Yuval Zunnenstein, CGO, MyCrops — mycrops.ag
The situation:
MyCrops was selling on Amazon but keeping very little of it. Net profitability sat at around 5% — revenue was coming in, but advertising spend, fee structure and pricing were absorbing almost all of it.
What we did:
– Audited the full profit and loss position per SKU
– Cut wasted advertising spend: negated non-converting search terms, restructured campaigns by intent, and moved bids onto agreed ACOS targets instead of default settings
– Changed pricing
– Built daily finance and advertising reporting so margin is monitored continuously rather than discovered at quarter end
The result:
Monthly revenue grew from $5K to $75K.
